Members wishing to receive an official Club handicap must either produce a current handicap certificate from a previous club, or submit three cards played over a measured course (with each card signed by a member) within a six month period. Three rounds from the yellow tees is acceptable for a Gents member. Handicaps will be allocated by the Match and Handicap Committee in accordance with the CONGU Unified Handicapping System 2008 - 2011.

Each player is responsible for ensuring all Qualifying away scores are reported, and that their handicap is correct.

To retain an official Club handicap, 3 scores from Qualifying Competitions or 3 Supplementary Scores (if allowable) must be returned in the course of the season

Handicap Certificates can be requested from the Match and Handicap Secretary or during 2010 it is rumoured they will be able to be printed from HowDidI do (requires registration and login with HowDidIdo)

All competition results are posted to HowDidIDo by the Match Secretary and all members can register free on this site, which records all their scores and handicap
